Family law
Family law is a subdivision of civil law that aims to intervene in the union between spouses, relatives or children who are still under the guardianship of the parents, additionally it establishes the obligations that they have between the aforementioned subjects. Inheritance law is also an extension of private law, which regulates successions for death as a cause, regulates the way in which the property, rights and obligations of the deceased person are distributed among the heirs and how it affects the transfer of goods to the beneficiaries.
